That’s the roundup for this week. Stay sharp out there, and if any of these roles catch your eye, don’t wait too long to apply. Opportunities like these can vanish quickly.

Snagged a remote OSINT case last week off one of those real-time posts because I had alerts set and a quick packet ready (license, COI, sample report). , listings vanish in hours — Hunchly helps me capture web evidence and I hand off any field confirm to a local sub. @OP, I’m seeing the surge too, but rates are sliding on remote; anyone else watching $65/hr become $45? https://www.hunch.ly.

For these ‘real-time’ posts, I’ve had better luck landing remote surveillance gigs by replying within 15 minutes with a 90‑second Loom demo of my workflow and a capped day rate ($650, 2‑hour min) so decisions happen before listings vanish. Small caveat: a few clients still want a quick live screen‑share first.

Nice touch on the Loom, @light_atlas30 — what’s worked for me is a TextExpander snippet that fires off my license, COI, one redacted report, and a Calendly slot within 60 seconds; I also include a “not-to-exceed” day cap to breeze through procurement. Small caveat: for longer drives I note mileage after 50 miles so the cap doesn’t eat the job — what cutoff are you using?
