Graph tools that actually save time

For tracing suspected mule networks, have you found Maltego or i2 Analyst’s Notebook to beat a pandas+Neo4j pipeline on speed-to-insight? Last Tuesday I ran 12,483 debit transactions through a quick ETL and Linkurious surfaced three repeat-device/merchant-velocity patterns in about 20 minutes, but the prep was heavy — what stack gets you from raw CSVs to a dependable link map, and how do you sanity-check it (I’m not looking for guarantees, just workflows to test)?

Batch CSVs via neo4j-admin import, triage in Bloom; Maltego for reports — ‘speed-to-insight’ wins. Normalize device IDs how?
