Calendly booked me for 9:30 AM ET the week we “fall back,” and the Zoom link fired at 8:30 instead, so the recruiter and I showed up an hour apart. Anyone have a reliable way to sanity-check time zones in these schedulers, or do you always add the UTC offset manually?
Had the same DST mess with Calendly — my fix is to put the UTC time right in the title so the Zoom/ICS can’t drift: “9:30 AM ET / 14:30 UTC.” I also flip Calendly to use my organizer time zone that week as a safeguard, but the UTC in the title is what’s kept folks from showing up an hour off.
